True Blue Farm offers in-season produce grown on our farm.
Our Farm Stand opens in June when we begin
to market salad greens, beets and early vegetables. Other
vegetables join the selection as they become ripe, including sweet corn, tomatoes, cantaloupe, peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, hot peppers, and sweet potatoes. The Farm Stand is back our farm lane and is on a self-service, honor system basis.
In mid-September, the Farm Stand turns into the
“pumpkin shed”. In addition to late
season vegetables, we grow pumpkins, gourds, fall ornamentals, Indian corn,
corn shocks, mums and straw bales. Our family
also crafts Indian Corn Wreaths and corn husk dolls
(as time allows…). We also have hay
rides and pick-your-own from our pumpkin fields.
Quality mixed alfalfa and grass hay is available. Grass-fed Galloway beef (antibiotic and hormone free) for sale when available.
